If you accept American Express cards, you have a separate account with them. All deposits and charges relevant to these transactions are made directly by American Express.

 

You may wish to contact them if:

  • You are not receiving funds for AmEx transactions that you have processed
  • You are changing your contact or checking account information
  • You are having difficulty processing AmEx transactions
  • You would like to process a phone authorization
